Welcome to X*ACT

X*act Community Theatre in Xenia will watch the weather and possibly close due to safety reasons. The last thing we want is to cancel a show, but more importantly is the safety of our guests and actors. If you had tickets that night, we will make sure that there is another showtime available for you. If you prefer a refund because you purchased your tickets through ticket leap, we will take care of that as well. If you have any questions, please call the theater. 937-372-0516.
Thank you, and stay safe.
Our current show is:

Presented by Xenia Area Community Theater
Old School Living In Our Old School
A Comedy by Lisa Rawson
At their 50th class reunion, Denise pitches the idea of buying their recently vacated high school and converting the classrooms into condos. Several classmates join in and Snow Water High School becomes Snow Water Housing for Seniors. Hilarious morning announcements, guest speakers, activities, and exercise programs, lend a whole new meaning to being a senior in high school.
We are thrilled to roll out the red carpet and officially announce the cast of Old School Living In Our Old School — a comedy so full of heart (and hilarious chaos) that you’ll wish you went to Snow Water High!
Meet the fabulous team bringing the laughs to the Ohio debut:
Linda – Beth Anderson
Denise – Connie Strait
Barb – Cheryl Dern
Greg – Brian Laughlin
Gary – Aaron Tanzer

Sam – Mark Sharp
Carrie – Michelle Phillips

Statement on Show Content
We believe that theater should not only entertain but educate as well. While we would never stage a production with the intention of offending anyone, some content, storyline, or characters may be offensive to some. For this we apologize.
However, there are productions written about certain time periods or containing subject matter that by today’s standards may not be politically correct. These types of productions will not be abandoned. For example: The Face of Emmett Till, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The Diary of Anne Frank.
These types of productions can not only entertain but help facilitate discussion about a time or subject in our history. Without acknowledging or accepting the past, you can never truly move forward.
“Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” – George Santayana
